Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All original tags, certificates (if any), and accessories must be intact.
Refund & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@divineratan.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order ID and reason for return.

Once approved, you will be guided through the secure return process.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item, as per your request.
Please allow 3–7 business days after receiving your return for the refund to reflect in your account.
